The Door for all Seasons has been designed to be more versatile than the standard fast action door, yet for exactly the same cost.

Which door for which size opening?

Zip speed door

Suitable for clean rooms and in general smaller openings.
Maximum Sq metre area is 20 – with a maximum height of 8000mm and a maximum width of 4500mm.
Door weight: 20 kg/m2 of door opening.

Turbo fold door

Suitable for larger openings
Maximum Sq metre area is 64 – with a maximum height of 8000mm and a maximum width of 8000mm.
Door weight: 20 kg/m2 of door opening.

What opening speed can I expect?
Opening speed of up to 1 metre per second, dependent on size of opening.
415v 50Hz 3 phase Safe Drive motor with emergency hand chain override – this is the basic op-tion.
240v 50Hz 1 phase Safe Drive motor with emergency hand chain override – this is the preferred option.
Both operators offer a 100% duty cycle.

2 clear interchangeable vision panels come as standard.
Construction from 900g/m2 PVC fabric material with 8 standard colours
The male nylon zip system, allowing the door to remain within the guides even when heavy pres- sure is applied. 3 off vertical plastic transmission belts are heat welded to the curtain at equal points to allow smooth operation. The bottom section is weighted with ballast to provide equal closure.

Turbo Fold

Construction from 900g/m2 PVC fabric material with 8 standard colours
Horizontal wind bars are introduced at equal positions to provide the wind resistance qualities com- patible to level 3 & level 5. Bottom of curtain is terminated with a yellow hazard carrier system which incorporates a wireless safety bottom edge.

Maintenance/Call out Package

All of our doors come with a years manufacture warrantee . In the unlikely event of anything go- ing wrong, replacement parts are kept fully in stock.
Annual services are strongly recommended. Charges dependent on location in the country.
Emergency call outs are also offered. Charges dependent on location in the country.

Safety

Photo cell—An infrared beam is placed across the entrance. If the beam is broken during the clos- ing process then the door will holt, protecting either forklift or pedestrian traffic from being caught underneath.
